I’ve always had a strong passion for sport and sports performance and this has always been something that has shone through in PE at school and extra curricular activities such as youth football. I wanted to start up this blog site as over the last few years i have been battling with anxiety and depression and i stopped doing the sport and activities that i loved so much, i feel that now with the help of this page and new motivation getting back into sport is something i can do and hopefully help others to do too. Everyone can reach their desired sporting goals with the right help and drive behind them, so lets do this!
